Back Yard Renovation in Copacabana Gallery

We just needed to take this back yard to the next level in Copacabana by upgrading the living space and making the area more visually appealing and useable. 

Our client already had a neat pool area and a decent covered outdoor deck but it was time for something next level. In this project we had extended the outdoor decking area to create a huge usable semi covered space with the addition of a fireplace perfect for keeping warm in winter and even for outdoor cooking. Or course, we ensured to create this fireplace on the deck by creating sturdy footings underneath and a fire proof area surrounding it for any fly-away embers. 

To top this off, we created three custom built storage spaces to fill in the corner area that had really no purpose until now. A large outdoor cupboard for pool toys and the like plus a huge seat for lounging that also doubled as storage to one side, and on the other, next to the new fireplace a benchtop with storage for enjoyable outdoor entertaining.

To neaten up the yard, screening was installed to enclose the underside of the separate bedsit and along a span of fence line to provide privacy. Adbri Euro Classic pavers were used to create a stepping stone pathway through all the commonly walked areas and landscape gardens were upgraded and planted with select lavender bushes that suited the climate and soil conditions.
