In many coastal towns, it is often the case that our exteriors need upgrading as they are the components of the home that are exposed to the elements and also the shell that protects our interiors and makes our liveable space.
This wonderful home needed a bit of love and some protections so we transformed the exterior by replacing the old inferior cladding with James Hardie Hardiplank fibre-cement cladding. The homeowners did suffer some water ingress to the lower level from the balcony so these rectification works plus some tiling works on the deck was done to keep the house safe and secure for years to come.
The Balcony received an upgrade of a low maintenance steel wire balustrade to top it off and the interior was freshened up to finish it all of nicely.
