Exterior Renovation in Umina Beach Gallery

Beach town cottages are the most welcoming homes no matter the time however, over time, some things just fade and outdate. This home was a bit drab in colour and wrapped in vinyl cladding which was destined to cause problems if left to wear away further. 

As part of this exterior renovation we lightened up the home with a roof restoration, new gutters and downpipes and James Hardie Liena Fibre Cement Cladding. We had to problem solve the issue of some areas of the home not allowing enough sunlight in so installed an exterior skylight to feed light into the kitchen, bathroom and one of the bedrooms making a nice feature to the rear entry of the home. The front of the home received two large modern new windows as well. The addition of some cottage style gable ends using long lasting modern materials and a brand new timber porch to the front entry finished off the whole home to be loved and enjoyed for many years to come.
